The Coach
I've sold.
I sold my company for eight figures. Before I began, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Once I started meeting with potentials acquirers and leaning about different deal structures, I changed my mind. I now pass this knowledge to you so you can make the decisions that work for you.
Background
I know what it feels like to sit across from buyers and wonder if you're making the right call. I know the weight of the questions that keep you up at night — the financial ones, the ones about identity, direction, and what you actually want your life to look like on the other side.
When I sold, I had advisors for the deal. What I didn't have was someone to help me figure out what I wanted before the process started. Someone to ask the hard questions. Someone who had been through it and could tell me what I didn't know I didn't know.
That's the work I do now. Not the mechanics of a transaction — there are plenty of people for that. The clarity that has to come first. Once it's sold, it's gone. You have to do it right.
Philosophy
Knowing what you want is harder than getting it.
Most owners enter a sale process without a clear answer to the most important question: what do I actually want from this? The deal moves fast. The pressure is real. And by the time you're in it, the window for honest reflection has closed. My work happens before that window closes.
Who I work with
Storm is selective by design. I work with a small number of owners at any given time.
You have built a real business — revenue, team, customers who depend on you.
You are beginning to think seriously about selling, even if the timeline is unclear.
You have questions you haven't been able to answer — about readiness, direction, or what comes next.
You want honest counsel from someone who has done it, not a consultant who hasn't.
If you need a broker, a banker, or an M&A attorney, I am not either of those things, but I can assist you in building your team.
If this resonates, the next step is an application.
